Ebook Distribution

In an earlier post I mentioned BookMasters for ebook conversion. I thought you might like to know the type of distribution channels that they have. This information from their website, www.webmasters.com, indicates a total of 40 markets. When I did my projects I believe that they had increased it to 56 markets.

Just a thought—and no, I am in no way connected to BookMasters or receiving any compensation for this information distribution. I am putting it here since I see a lot of questions pertaining to ebook conversion and distribution.

Ebook Conversion Services

If you are seeking professional conversion of your manuscript to an ebook format, BookMasters is worth considering. I have had them convert some of my ebooks and they did a fine job. These were photo books with plenty of images and the quality was high.

BookMasters has various plans and pricing is based on the size of your book. I found the cost to be very affordable.

Your ebook will be converted into a number of formats for all common ebook readers. And, BookMasters has an extensive distribution network.

The downside to this venture for me were poor sales. It could have been my titles and no reflection on the company. I am still not sold on the profitability of ebooks or publishing in general during these economic times. Still, BookMasters does a professional job and is well worth taking into consideration if you are seeking an ebook-conversion contractor.
